Privacy notice

Last updated 7 August 2026. This notice covers the businesses and people we deal with as partners, introducers and enquirers about the partner programme. It does not cover homeowners who enquire through one of our consumer brands — each of those has its own notice.

Who we are

DemandOS Ltd is the data controller. We build and run national consumer brands and manage advertising campaigns on behalf of partner businesses.

Signed agreements

Where you sign a partner agreement, we hold the signed document and its completion certificate against your partner record, with an audit entry for every access. We keep those for six years from the end of the agreement, in line with the limitation period.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and we do not pass your details to other businesses for their marketing.

Consumer enquiries generated by our brands are a separate matter and are governed by that brand’s own privacy notice. Where an enquiry is passed to you as a partner, you become an independent controller of it from that point, as set out in your agreement.

Where your data is held

Our records are held in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area wherever possible. Some service providers are based in the United States; where data is transferred outside the UK we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK extension to the Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

RecordRetention
Partner or introducer enquiries that do not proceed24 months from your last contact
Partner agreements and completion certificates6 years from the end of the agreement
Funding, ledger and campaign records6 years, as required for accounting

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected, ask us to delete it where we have no continuing reason to keep it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time where consent is what we rely on. Email enquiries@demandos.co.uk and we will respond within one month, at no charge.

Complaints

Tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Before this page goes live. The ICO registration number needs filling in once the certificate arrives. This notice has been drafted to match how the partner programme actually works; have your solicitor read it alongside the partner agreement.
