What we do, and what we do not

DemandOS builds and runs national consumer brands and manages advertising campaigns on behalf of partner businesses. We do not carry out the work those enquiries lead to. Each partner contracts directly with the customer, and we are not party to that contract.

Examples and figures on this site

Where this site shows a partner console, spend figures, enquiry counts or a cost per enquiry, those are illustrative examples and are labelled as such. They are not results, not forecasts, and not a representation of what your campaign will produce.

We do not guarantee any volume of enquiries, any cost per enquiry, any conversion rate or any revenue. Advertising costs move continuously with demand, competition and location. Any figures discussed with you are estimates.

Minimum funding

There is a minimum funding level. It is calculated from what an enquiry costs in your trade and your areas, and from the point at which a campaign has enough data to optimise, so it differs between trades and regions. We show you the figure and its basis before you commit to anything.

The partner agreement

Nothing on this website is an offer or a contract. Becoming a partner requires a signed partner agreement, which sets out the commercial terms, the split applied to funding, what we do, what you do, and how either of us can stop.

Using this website

The content here is general information about the partner programme. We take care to keep it accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or current.

All content, design and the DemandOS name and consumer brand names are ours or licensed to us. You may view and print pages for your own use; you may not reproduce them commercially without our written permission.

Availability

We do not guarantee that this site will always be available or free from error, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the general information published on this website, as distinct from the partner agreement we enter into with you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
